It’s been a busy, but fun few days in the US. The great thing about being here is that we’re surrounded by our favorite things. We’ve seen both of our families over the last few days and we’ve eaten more than our share of favorite foods….with more to be enjoyed in the coming days. In addition to processed foods such as Cheez-its and granola bars we missed simple things like blueberries. These are a few of my favorite things….

I trust you all are having a great time state-side. Sure wish we were in Atlanta to be able to at least say hi and hello. Enjoy your time with family, share more when you can.
You gotta love processed foods! ;o) My family and I went to a blueberry farm a few years ago and picked enough blueberries to freeze for a long time. Too bad we didn’t freeze them correctly… they all spoiled! It is simple things like blueberries that I would surely miss.
